Lori Guthrie RN, MSM, CFNP

 

Lori

Lori Guthriereceived her RN in 1979, giving her 28 years of nursing experience. She obtained her Master of Science Degree in nursing and became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2000 as a graduate of the University of San Diego. Her extensive nursing background includes critical care as well as a critical care educator.

 

Her career as a Nurse Practitioner encompasses specialties such as Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic/Spine. She was a Clinical Coordinator for FDA clinical trial studies – device and drug. She worked at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Scripps as well as a primary care provider in Fallbrook.  Lori joined Temecula Valley Digestive Disease Consultants, AMC as a nurse practitioner in the summer 2007.

Natalie Wilson, MSN, FNP-BC

 

Natalie WilsonNatalie completed her graduate studies at Columbia University in New York City and attained a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Nursing. She is ANCC board certified in family medicine. While in New York, she worked as a registered nurse at Weill Cornell Medical College within the OB/GYN faculty practice and as a nurse practitioner at a private family medicine practice in Spanish Harlem.

 

As an undergraduate, Natalie went to the University of California, Berkeley, where she was pre-medicine and completed a Bachelor of Arts in English. She was a volunteer at the Berkeley Free Clinic, a student health worker for the International House, and accepted into the distinguished Health and Medical Apprenticeship Program for the Field Study Internship. She was also a volunteer Latin dance teacher for Dance for Health and spent a summer doing chemical biology research as a student intern with the Weiss Lab at the University of California, Irvine. Determined to master Spanish and passionate for Spanish and Latin American literature, she spent one year abroad studying at the Universidad de Granada and in Cádiz, located in the mythical region of southern Spain called Andalucía.

 

Upon graduation from Berkeley, Natalie worked as a health educator for La Clínica in Oakland, California www.laclinica.org, specializing in nutrition education to the underserved.

Natalie also speaks Spanish and Italian, and in her free time enjoys cooking and dancing salsa, tango and other dances for exercise.

Mary Wright RN MSN FNP

 

Natalie WilsonI have climbed the career ladder in the nursing profession starting out at MiraCosta College, Oceanside graduating the CNA program in 1986 and their LVN program in 1989 with an A.A., A.S. Degree. In 1993, I continued my nursing journey at Palomar College, San Marcos, California to achieve my Registered Nursing  ADN.

 

Subsequently, I achieved my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing  and Public Health Nurse Certificate (BSN, PHN) in 1995 and my Masters of Science in Nursing in 2002 from University of Phoenix. With great aspiration to become an advanced practice nurse, I achieved my Family Nurse Practitioner from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California in August of 2011.
 
As a proud Army Nurse Reservist for 13 years, I resigned my commission as a Captain in 2005. While serving in the United States Army Nurse Corps, I have provided nursing care in many specialty areas. I am a certified Army Instructor and taught pre-trauma nursing, combat lifesaver, and EMT bridge in the latter years as a commissioned officer.

I have also worked in many capacities as a professional nurse including skilled nursing facilities and hospice nursing. I am currently a part time Professor of Nursing since 1998 teaching  RN’s, LVN’s and CNA’s. With great integrity and the passion for quality patient care, I am  pleased to join the TVDDC team.
